You will own the end-to-end member experience and make it world-class: simple, self-service by default, and proactive enough that members engage with their care before we have to chase them.

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing patient appointments across Antidote Health’s telehealth services, ensuring a smooth and efficient scheduling experience for patients and providers. The individual will contribute to timely access to care, optimized provider scheduling, and a high-quality patient experience, working cross-functionally with clinical, provider, and operational teams.

The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) delivers high-quality, patient-centered virtual care to members across diverse populations. The NP is responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, promoting preventive health, and coordinating care with specialists and community resources. A key component of this role includes ensuring accurate and complete clinical documentation to support risk adjustment coding and HEDIS quality gap closure, advancing both patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Antidote Health is seeking a psychiatrist who resides in Georgia to serve as a collaborating/delegating physician for Antidote psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs). This part-time/PRN collaboration role includes psychiatric consultation, Georgia Nurse Protocol Agreement oversight, chart review, prescribing oversight, complex case review, quality oversight, and clinical support. This position is focused on physician collaboration and oversight and does not include a routine direct patient care panel.

With a primary focus on ACA Marketplace and commercial lines of business, this leader will design and implement competitive reimbursement methodologies — including percent of Medicare, case rates, and fee schedules — maintain a high-performing provider network, and drive contracting strategies aligned with Antidote Health’s mission and growth objectives.
