Antidote Health is a startup on a mission to create a smart, digital and AFFORDABLE HMO in the US. We are developing comprehensive health solutions, encompassing both medical services and health insurance, with a focus on reducing healthcare costs through proactive member health management. We are developing our product in a way that will make it easy for our members to manage their health. They can get on a video call with our doctors, receive prescriptions and referrals for labs of specialist from the app, track their test results and much more. We created a decision support system for our physicians and use our data to give insights both to the patients and the doctors in order to have preventive care.
We’re looking for driven, curious people who like to learn whatever is necessary to create new features, who want to make an impact and be a part of a high-paced product team.
Responsibilities
- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
- Work closely with the R&D team to understand the technical implications and feasibility of proposed features, ensuring realistic timelines and resource allocation.
- Partner with product designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing, customer support, legal, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to product development and company strategies.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, clearly communicating the vision, objectives, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate product performance using key metrics. Use this data to make informed decisions about future product iterations and improvements.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitive developments to ensure the product remains competitive and meets market needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering B2C web and mobile features.
- Ability to leverage user insights, data, and statistical analysis to drive informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of member journey design and user experience.
- Strong awareness of healthcare privacy requirements and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in leveraging LLM-based tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Bonus: A strong understanding of the U.S. insurance and healthcare markets.
