As a member of our health plan, you have the right to get care when needed. This tells you what to expect from us and your responsibility to follow the plan rules.

Pay My Bill
We offer flexibility to pay your bill. You can pay online, via the phone or by mail. We accept ACH, credit card, check and money order. Plus, you can sign up for autopay for easy, hassle-free payment. We can help answer your questions about making payments, too.
Getting Your Member ID Card
Typically, your Member ID card will be mailed to you before your plan starts. You should keep it in a safe place because you’ll be asked to show it when receiving care.
However, you can also view a digital version of your member ID card by logging in to the Antidote App or Antidote Member Portal.
Your ID card includes your plan name, member ID, deductible, out-of-pocket maximum, and copays for PCP , specialist and mental health visits.
