What makes our virtual care special:
Our doctors and clinicians are Antidote providers who care about getting to know you. We give each member their own Antidote Virtual Primary Care Provider (PCP). This is a caring and experienced doctor who learns about you and your health.
Your PCP is the first person you go to when you need help, whether it’s for regular care or something more urgent. If your PCP isn’t available, another Antidote provider will see you, just like when you see a different doctor in the same office. Our doctors can see your visit notes, so they know your health history. And if you need to see another doctor in person, you can take your visit notes with you.
What about the cost?
Seeing an Antidote virtual provider always costs $0. We want to make healthcare affordable, so all visits with our providers are free*.
It doesn’t matter why you’re seeing the doctor. If our virtual doctor refers you to another doctor in person, we’ll lower that cost, and sometimes it’s even free.**
